Leadership Team
Tyler is the Founder of Vellum Health and a veteran healthcare leader with a track record of building technology and service platforms across clinical research and care delivery. Prior to founding Vellum, he held leadership roles at CVS Health, Elligo Health Research, and ePatientFinder.
Dr. Haq, a board‑certified emergency medicine physician with nearly 30 years of clinical and leadership experience. Based in San Francisco, she combines frontline expertise—from trauma and geriatrics to hospital-at-home care—with executive-level strategy and angel investing in healthcare innovation.
Heather is a post-acute care leader with deep expertise in skilled nursing operations, client services, and strategic growth. Her dual background in clinical care and business strategy makes her a trusted operator across the care continuum.
Hugues is a seasoned vascular access nurse and healthcare executive with 30+ years of clinical and operational leadership. He is the Founder of IV Mastery and VP of Operations at PICC Performance—a Vellum subsidiary—where he leads training, growth strategy, and clinical excellence in IV therapy.
Pam began her career in oncology and home infusion before moving into hospital-based vascular access. She now leads NEVA’s clinical operations—a Vellum subsidiary—with a focus on quality, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Board of Directors
Matt is Co-Managing Partner of FCA Venture Partners and Managing Partner of FCA Health Innovations, with over 60 investments across six funds. He serves on multiple corporate and academic boards and brings prior experience as a founder, CEO, and bank executive.
April is an Operating Partner at Empactful Capital and CEO of Kooiman Management Services, investing in high-growth healthcare and small businesses. She previously founded and exited two successful revenue cycle companies and brings 30+ years of executive leadership in healthcare operations.
Mark is a veteran healthcare executive and investor with five decades of experience scaling companies across pharma, urology, oncology, and more. He is Chairman of Prologics Healthcare and serves on advisory boards spanning venture capital, real estate, and academic medicine.
